Pile integrity Test or Seismic Test, Phuket M.A.N. Building inspection & Design Co.Ltd : The registration Juristic person number: 0835563011294. Seismic Integrity Test (Low Strain Impact Integrity Test) is conducted to assess the integrity of piles using the low strain impact integrity test method, in accordance with ASTM D 5882-07 standards. The objective is to verify whether the piles installed by methods such as driving or drilling exhibit continuous integrity of the concrete core according to construction standards. This test helps identify any defects in the piles, such as breakage, spalling, or overall integrity. It is a convenient and cost-effective testing method. Test Preparation: Excavate the soil to expose the pile head. Extract the concrete core from the portion of the pile head to be tested, ensuring it includes both damaged and intact concrete sections. Grind and clean the surface of the concrete pile head with clean water to ensure it is free from cement or soil residues before testing. Install the accelerometer sensor on the intact concrete surface of the pile head using a soil-oil mixture to secure it firmly. Contact us. (Tel). 09-2561-5692.
